Due to their size and bulkiness, We ship all furniture via freight forwarding company. If the size and nature of the item allow, we will ship smaller orders via parcel delivery. During the ordering process is the type of delivery as specified the country of delivery is visible. The shipping method is also shown. in the Information about each individual article is clearly visible.
In addition to delivery by freight carrier to the curb, you also have the option of picking up the goods from our warehouse.

Delivery by freight carrier to the curbside
- Delivery Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
- For large orders, delivery may be made on pallets.
- Delivery "free to curbside" - Additional services such as carrying to the point of use, assembly or disposal of packaging material/shipping pallets are not included.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within [timeframe]. 2-5 working days for international deliveries Within 3-15 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after receipt of your payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Collection from the warehouse
All items can be picked up from our warehouse after prior arrangement of an appointment. Shipping costs are waived with this option.
Simply order as usual and select "Collection" as your shipping option - we will then contact you to arrange a collection date.
Products in stock will be prepared for collection within 48 hours. Different delivery times may be indicated on the product page. These rules must be observed and remain valid.
As the warehouse is not continuously staffed, we kindly ask you not to arrive without prior arrangement.
